WHAT IS PRIVATE MONEY LENDING?
DEFINITION
A private money loan is a real estate investment loan secured by the property itself.
ROLE OF THE LENDER
As a private lender, you act like a bank, earning profits from a real estate-backed investment.
SECURITY
You receive a first or second mortgage on the property, ensuring your investment is protected.
HIGH RETURNS
Returns can be 4 to 5 times more than what you’d earn with bank CDs or other traditional investments.
UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY
No other investment vehicle offers such high returns while being secured by real estate.
THE PROCESS
1
Finding a Property
We locate a property priced significantly below market value. You approve the purchase and renovation plan.
2
Providing Funds
You provide capital for the purchase and renovation, receiving a mortgage and key documents at closing.
3
Renovation
The property is renovated, usually within 3-6 months depending on size.Â
4
The property is listed for sale.Upon closing, you receive your original investment plus a 10% return.
